WO TIP

Summary:
MYSY’s contribution, Mum’s wo tips.





Ingredients:
Minced pork
Chinese chives / spring onions (finely chopped)
Sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Chinese cabbage (finely shredded)
Wo tip skins

Directions:
1.     Mix ingredients well. Place one spoonful of meat mixture into wo tip skin and fold. Damp edges with water and press together to seal.
2.      Arrange wo tips in a frying pan, add water to the base and cover to boil/steam.
3.      When the wo tip skins are translucent, they are done. Pour off the remainder of the water.
4.      Continue to fry on one side in added oil until golden brown.
