CHA KWAY TEOW ( fried flat rice-flour noodles)

 Summary:
Saw Pa marinating the meat and then Mum fried it. I think it is something like this but not sure.



Ingredients:
Kway teow

Beef, sliced and marinated in the below:
Sesame oil
Soya sauce
Thick soya sauce
Salt and Pepper

Bok Choi, leaves cut in half and pre fried with garlic and soya

Spring Onion, chopped.

Directions:
1.       Marinate Beef.
2.       Fry Bok Choi and set aside
3.       Boil kuay teow until al dente
4.       Fry meat.
5.       Add vegetables and noodles to meat and toss to coat noodles.
6.       Top with spring onion.
