BACON PUFFS

Ingredients:

2 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry that has been defrosted

Grated Tasty Cheese

Cooked Bacon Strips, we bake ours in the oven.

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 200C.

Place grated cheese on one sheet of puff pastry. 

Lay bacon over the top.

Lay the second sheet of puff pastry on top.

Place more grated cheese on top of that.

Put on a tray lined with baking paper. 

Bake in the oven until you see the cheese turn a crispy brown.

Cut diagonally into large triangles.
