COCONUT, LIME & CORIANDER SAUCE

Summary:

I'm going to try making my own sauce, based on the ingredients of a "Nando's coconut, lime and coriander cooking sauce".  On the bottle it says "A blend of coriander leaves, coconut and limes, infused with a dash of Peri-Peri." Wish me luck.
