HONEY JOYS

 Summary:

This is off a box of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes. I have yet to make it myself but have eaten it plenty of times as it is a popular offering from mum’s when they have to bring a plate for the kids. Ingredients:

90g         Butter

1/3 cup                 Sugar

1 tbsp    Honey

4 cups   Corn Flakes

Directions:

1.          Preheat oven to 150C.
 Melt butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan until frothy.
 Add corn flakes and mix well.
 Spoon into paper patty cases.
 Bake in a slow over for 10mins. Allow to cool before serving.
