PLUM SAUCE CABBAGE
Summary:
My new fav veggie that Pa cooks. I like to drink the sauce like soup... sweet.
Ingredients:
Garlic, minced
Western cabbage, rinsed in water
Chicken Rice Flavouring or Chicken stock
Plum Sauce
Chinese Rice Wine
Directions:
- Heat oil and fry garlic.
- Add cabbage. No need to add more water as the veggie will have water clinging to it from when it was rinsed.
- Add the chicken flavouring and the plum sauce and cover to let the veggies cook.
- At the end add the rice wine.
