Bacon Soup

Summary:

We had too much bacon today, its kinda salty but yum.

Ingredients:

1/2 kg    Bacon, diced
1           Onion, diced
3           Carrots, diced
3 stalks Celery, diced
1 bunch Corriander stems, diced
1 tsp     Chilli, diced

Directions:
Fry bacon until cooked,
Add onions, stir until cooked,
Add the rest and stir.
Cover with water, bring to boil, simmer till veggies soft.
 
N.B.: Don't add more salt, its the bacon is salty.
