Lo Pa Koh
2 turnips ( 2kg)
1/2 small packet of normal rice flour ie 250 g
garlic
1/2 packet of lap chong
pepper
salt chicken stock powder
(can add more stuff if you like)
  










































grate turnips
cook in pot until softish
add rice flour mix until coated and sorta dissolved
quater lenghtwise and dice lapchong
chop garlic
fry lapchong until oil comes out
add garlic
put in turnip pot
mix in and add salt, pepper and chicken stock
transfer to a metal container like a cake tin
steam for at least 1 hour
