排骨 Fried Pork Ribs


Ingredients:
Tomato Ketchup
Soya Sauce
Corn Starch
Flour
Sugar
Pork Ribs

Directions:
Mix the tomato ketchup, soya sauce, corn starch, flour and sugar to make a batter.
Coat the ribs then deep fry in batches on low heat (so that the sugar in the ketchup won’t burn) till browned.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain well on kitchen paper.
