豆泡汤 Tau Pok Soup



Ingredients: 
Chicken Stock, using chicken breast/chicken frames 
Tau Pok, blanch with hot water to remove oil 
Chinese Cabbage , shredded 
Red Mushrooms (optional), soak and wash 
Dried Chinese La-la (clams), soak, wash, remove dirt in stomach 
Pepper, salt and chicken powder, to taste 

Directions: 
Prepare the chicken stock and let it boil. 
Add in red mushrooms, dried Chinese la-la and tau pok. 
Add pepper, salt and chicken powder to preferred taste. 
Chinese cabbage is added in towards the end once everything is soft. Add seasoning again to taste.
