Bah Wei ( Fried Rice Cake Noodles)

  
Ingredients:
Dried mushrooms, washed, soaked and sliced
Pork, sliced and marinated
Prawns, cleaned, peeled and deveined
Chinese Celery
Choy Sum (or any other similar vegetable)
Dried Bah Wei (Rice Cakes), soaked if using fresh Bah Wei do not soak
Garlic, minced
Seasoning: soya sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, dark thickened soya sauce (black sauce), oil
Chicken Stock

Directions:
Fry bah wei in some oil for a few minutes then remove from wok.
Fry garlic in some oil. As it is turning brown, add in pork slices, mushrooms and prawns.
Add in some chicken stock and let simmer for a few mins. Add in fried bah wei and mix well.
Lastly add in Chinese celery and choy sum.
Season to taste, Add in more black sauce if you want the bah wei to be dark.
