Meatballs with Greek Yogurt

This recipe is from Coles http://recipes.coles.com.au/recipes/1522/meatballs-with-minted-yoghurt-dipping-sauce but instead of buying their ready made Greek Meatballs, I just made my own, with our meatloaf recipe. It never fails to get compliments. 

Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped mint

For meatballs see Capela recipe but exclude bacon and almonds.

1 sprig mint for garnish

Directions

Using the capela recipe, instead of making a ring, make small bite sized meatballs to place on the tray. Cook in the oven etc as per usual.

Mix the Greek yogurt with the mint and place in a bowl for people to help themselves.

Once the meatballs are cooked, place them on a dish and garnish with the sprig of mint.
