eg.me sent me an email with this blog: Fed up with Lunch: The School Lunch Project. It chronicals an American high school teacher forcing herself to eat the disgusting cafeteria food for 2010.
In the blog was a message from Mr Ferguson's Classroom, an American teacher who teaches in Japan. I noticed a page of painstakingly put together school lunches and set out to discover more...sw.me and I are dumbstruck.
