BREADED VEGETABLES


Summary:
I used to cook this a lot in university. It’s just like normal bread crumbing of anything except that it’s got parmesan in it.

Ingredients:
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Egg, Beaten
Sliced Veg, e.g. zucchini, eggplant

Directions:
        Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
        Dip veg into egg, then into bread crumb mix then deep fry in hot oil.
        
        Ps, this also works well with thinly sliced meat, e.g. pork or lamb.
