PLUM SAUCE CABBAGE

Summary:
My new fav veggie that Pa cooks. I like to drink the sauce like soup... sweet.



Ingredients:
Garlic, minced
Western cabbage, rinsed in water
Chicken Rice Flavouring or Chicken stock
Plum Sauce
Chinese Rice Wine



Directions:
  1. Heat oil and fry garlic.
  2. Add cabbage. No need to add more water as the veggie will have water clinging to it from when it was rinsed.
  3. Add the chicken flavouring and the plum sauce and cover to let the veggies cook.
  4. At the end add the rice wine.
