Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken
Ginger, lightly mashed
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
  1. Rub salt and pepper on the cleaned chicken.
  2. Put big slices of ginger into the chicken stomach.
  3. Let stand for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge.
  4. Steam for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cut into pieces, garnish with spring onion and parsley to serve.
