STEAM KAMPONG CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 whole Chicken
Ginger, lightly mashed
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Rub salt and pepper on the cleaned chicken.
- Put big slices of ginger into the chicken stomach.
- Let stand for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge.
- Steam for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut into pieces, garnish with spring onion and parsley to serve.
