蒸排骨 Steamed Pork Ribs



Ingredients:
Pork Ribs
White Vinegar
Ta Cu (Bean) Paste
Onion Oil
Sugar
Pepper
Corn Flour
Ginger, Shredded
Garlic, minced
Chilli, sliced

Directions:
Soak the pork ribs in vinegar for 1/2 hour then rinse.
Mix the tau cu paste with onion oil, cornflower and a dash of sugar and pepper and coat the ribs in the mixture.
Place the ribs in a stainless steel plate and over the top of the meat sprinkle the ginger, garlic and chilli.
Steam for 15 minutes.
