腐竹汤 Tau Gee Soup

Pork ribs 
Dried Tau Gee 

Place pork ribs in a large stockpot. 
Skim the surface occasionally with a ladle to remove any impurities. 
Reduce the heat to gentle simmer and cook for 2 hours. 
Soften the tau gee in water, and add in for the last ½ hour
