We went here for Christmas lunch 2010. They had a dim sum buffett, where instead of trolleies with food coming around, its all on a table. The presentation and staff are lovely, but I have to say it's very very strange having dishes normally made with pork, made with chicken. It changes the whole taste and I much prefer pork (obvious since I don't like poultry). My faves are in the pic below.
