This is another masterpiece cooked by sw.me following Adam Liaw's recipe. The cut of meat was for belly pork in a roast, but in Australia they only seem to sell belly pork in strips, called Pork Rashers or Pork Fingers. So we just had to make do with that. We marinated it at home then brought it to Mum and Pa's to cook and everyone was very impressed . We followed the recipe to a T so I won't post it here since we only post recipes that we modify and make our own, you'll have to go to the library and borrow the cookbook: "Two Asian Kitchens"!
