Nicole Gomes - Top Chef Canada Season 3

So my dear sister mysy sent me video of Nicole Gomes, who I've never met but someone in our family knows someone in her family. Its always more exciting to support someone who you have a connection with, even if it is totally totally so distant. Alright its not a connection, its a six degrees of separation sort of thing. But whatever you want to call it, she is super funky and feisty on her You Tube audition, a great role model for young women. I hope she breaks out some Macanese recipes on the show, and I hope someone will post it on You Tube so I can watch!
