Banana Bread made with Oats

The family love banana cake but I thought to sneak in something with less sugar. After reading quite a few online recipes, I have simplified it to this.

I use store bought oats based museli, look for one with low sugar and sodium. I also think you could reduce the sugar, butter and egg a tad if you are really health conscious.

Ingredients
1/2 cup muesli
2 cups self raising wholemeal flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 bananas mashed
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup skim milk
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl and all the wet in another bowl.
Add together.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 40 min.
